No school

Yesterday was a Bank Holiday.
Tomorrow is a day off for Liberation Day as we celebrate Guernsey's Liberation from the Germans at the end of World War 2.
Today.... the school decided to put in a teacher day.... so the children had a day off.
Day 4 of a 5 day weekend.
So after a morning playing Monopoly and Cleudo, we went to Castle Cornet to show Nanny round.
We took coats but had to take them off it was so warm.
And we forced ourselves to eat an icecream to cool down.
Now the children are off to Island choir before tea.
