Vodka generation?

I spotted this bin early on Saturday morning walking Charlie.

What is paradoxical in my prejudiced mind is that night time park revellers that drink beer, bottles of vodka and eat pizza don't (usually) put the rubbish in the bin.

Altogether a different type of person in this park, very aware of the environment if not their bodies
