The elusive Black Belt!

The reason why the highest grade is Black is that, before the coloured belts were introduced, by the time a student had learned all he needed his white belt was properly dirty and had turned black, hence a black belt is an expert.

Bruce gets to wear this for a week. Students at his club are awarded the black belt as a mark of recognition, and this is my blip to record it

He is very uneasy wearing the belt, in fact he declined to wear it. I think he thinks he is not worthy. My opinion is the opposite, but that's no surprise.
