Birthday Babe!

Here is the shot his Grandmothers will adore - my boy is sat on the mantlepiece to save them the bother of having to put it up there - I put him there against the newly painted bowler hat.

My boy on his 15th Birthday. 15 whole years of him twittering on - and my god can he. I love that I have such a friendly, gentle, kind boy who loves to chat. I know that I am lucky.

His sister has offered to do his paper round this week as a Birthday treat - it has nothing to do with her needing the money! ha.

He has spent the day at the movies - a 15 certificate because he can get in without running in and hiding. He has enjoyed his tabletop swingball, his golf chipping net and his bags of sweeties. He does however have to go to footie training as the big Cup Final is Wednesday and he has to impress to get a starting position. So the cake will have to wait. A victoria sponge with strawberries, jam and cream at his request. We will all enjoy that.

Happy Birthday gorgeous boy we love you to the moon and back. You make us more proud than you can ever know.


Molly loved when I posted shots of my children, she always talked of her boy and how precious he was to her an himself. She always commented on the joys of youth and her Scottish wry sense of humour always shone through. We are lucky to have known her and to be able to cherish her memory.
