This is my patch!!......

Didn't do much today so it's been a very chilled out weekend.........

Popped over to my Mum and Dads house as my sister was up from Kelso to visit with her kids..... had great fun with them, still glad their not mines though.... I'm well past that, even though my Dad announced that I was looking pregnant!!
erm.... thanks Dad but that's just fat!.... my sister was quite relieved, as this comment signalled that it was my turn to be teased today so she was safe!..lol

Afterwards I popped down to the river to see how the swans were getting on...
the male swan was doing a great job of protecting the nest today, but I'm sure he'll be knackered by tonight!
I watched as a group of about 40 young swans swam up the river until he chased them back down.... this just kept being repeated whilst inbetween times he chased the huge amount of Seagulls that were hanginging about looking for bread...

Not much else went on today, so it seems the swans have a more eventful life than me at the moment!......
