After the Rain

I went outside early this morning to look around the gardens as I often do, and was so surprised to find my tiny Azalea bush full of flowers!

I bought the little Azalea bush several years ago after finding it at WalMart for $1.99.....it was more like a sad little Azalea "twig"! I planted it and afterward, read on its hangtag that the bush was meant for a much less "severe" climate than our own!

Expecting the bush to eventually just give up and die, I faithfully gave it an acidic food and kept it properly watered. This year, after our mild winter, the little bush has grown a lot!

Seeing the raindrops still fresh on the flowers, this just had to be today's Blip!
