Red Boards
When the River Thames is closed to traffic the Environment Agency hang red boards on the locks which means that no traffic can pass through.
All rowing, canoeing and sailing is cancelled and here is an example why. If trees like this hit boats then people get hurt not to mention the prospect of drowning.
Even a large old river like this looks angry when in flood.
Or is it a crocodile? Better take some more medication!
