Looking out or in?

This is the curious case of the ex-bank that is now trading as Al's Diner, with its mirrored smoked glass windows.

Because you can't see in, it's not very welcoming - are there any diners in there?

It's the reflections I liked (again) and handily, one of the blip challenges for this week is "window".
