The yellow that got away

I'd had this in mind for my "Y is for..." blip, until Shortie put me to rights and selected this instead.

That said, I've passed these repeatedly the last few weeks and I'm still liking them, so here they are :o)

They remind me of books, a bit - with tatty covers, and faded paint.

They're actually the ends of scaffolding planks, stacked and waiting to be shipped on to another job. They were clearing the last of them away today, so it was really now or never.
