Stanley

Today was a good day. I finally got somewhat caught up at work so I can go in tomorrow and work on the other things I have been putting off! I was able to take a little break and finally go visit Stanley today. He was napping when I got there but as soon as he heard his name he woke up and came over. I gave him a little white bread and snapped a few photos of him. As I was heading back to the car a nice lady told me that the warden doesn't want us feeding him bread anymore as it's not good for him. They said corn meal is ok. So, I am going to go get some to keep in my car. I don't want to do anything that will harm him. Such a handsome goose!
Glenn's back is getting worse. I am really worried. His physical therapist has access to his mri results and he says while he can't say much(his surgeon has to talk to him) he did say that one of the fused vertebrae seems to have fused about 7mm forward and the two discs above his fusion appear to be bulging. Glenn is saying no more surgery. I am trying not to put the cart before the horse. We will know more when he sees the surgeon.

On a positive note...I have lost just about 9lbs and he has lost about 13!! It is getting easier to 'be good'! :)
