Walk Carefully!

This is a hiking trail that my friends didn't want to take. Remembering my lessons from Thai culture class, that we are to do things in groups without leaving people out, I ignored my curiosity and didn't explore the path.

The western thinking of, "I'll just go explore it on my own and meet you in a little while," is considered impolite, unfriendly, lonely, and unfun. We do everything, from going to the market, to registering for classes, to visiting home, in groups or at least pairs. I have to admit, it is more fun that way, excluding the occasional annoyance in needing to wait for everyone in what should be a quick trip to the store.
