sorry to see our lovely group of writers leave. For the past week we've had 12 members of the Bloomberg/Tricycle writers group staying here.

Unfortunately this is the last of seven years that they've come to Roujan since we and our co-hosts T&N will be moving in the next few months. So it was a very poignant parting. We've come to love each and every one of this gorgeous, erudite group and we'll miss them. The only thing that stops me sobbing is the thought that we might meet up in London or New York in the future.

I'm sorry for the lack of blips this week - a houseful and a horrible cold have distracted me somewhat. I've backblipped to fill in the gaps.
