A Healing Hug

Today I noticed right away that my hubby is feeling a bit low. I know he's worried about the car. It has been leaking lately and the MOT is due soon. This is the sort of thing that causes him great stress.
The first thing I noticed today was he didn't sing when he got up. He always sings when he gets up, unless he's feeling low. He can go from "Ten Green Bottles" to "Amazing Grace" in the click of your fingers, and that's one of the things I love about him. His randomness. It makes me laugh. Lifts my spirits and makes me glad he's mine.
So today my "Have a Healing Hug" blip is for anyone who is feeling lonely, stressed, unwell, anxious and everything in between.
