The lower 'bridge'

...of Mothership Ilkley Moor

I struggled tonight to get a good picture with Miss Rain insisting on the pouring down and the low clouds but I finally managed to find an interesting angle to capture the lower 'bridge' (you will only understand this if you know how I see the moor)

Very difficult light tonight...but so cool and atmospheric through our own eyes. I believe sometimes the camera can't capture the magic we see through our eyes. I found it not miserable at all today

And I had a great session with Juliet, doing hills repeats in the heavy up just by the lower bridge and the sycamore trees. Actually she was doing the hill repeats and I was doing the shouting and the coaching. One to one today as we were the only brave ones to venture up the moor, as well as a huge group of scouts looking for frogs at the upper tarn. I could have blipped them having so much fun but their leader gave me a stern look meaning keep that camera away.

Aaaahhh I also viewed the docking station ... Liked it a lot.
