Fall Fell Fallen
Well you ll think another sunset?! Again? Is he obsessed with clouds and this same moor. Well firstly I love this moor, secondly I didnt get a chance to stop so read the story below to find out why and thirdly this is an iphone shot...I am actually glad I didn't carry the camera as it would be hidden in the bog I fell into coming fast on a descent on uncharted territory for me. Iphone just about survived in the pocket of my running rights.
So here is the story behind this photo...
...who does a fell race reccie with some monster climbs and the Ingleborough simulation steps thrown in as well just a few days before the three peaks? And also especially after 19 miles on Sunday, followimg the full reccie of the Three peaks on Thursday. Me very drained. Well...me and Eddie!! And at Eddie s fell pace not my steady pace I advertised on the forum.. But amazing views, amazing splashing and slipping, fast and furious decents...loved it!!!!! And no sprained ankles to report but ouch!!!
I believe we did the Jack Bloor fell race and a bit more. I took this photo at the bit that Eddie decided to stop and tell me that the secret is not to go down route A but go down route B the scenic way where there is a slightly bigger than a Bonsai tree...tree!
I really enjoyed my run with Eddie, we ll donor again Eddie if you read this an hopefully we ll go faster next time.
