Guess

On a miserably cold, wet and stormy day, outdoor blipping was just about out of the question. I did shoot a few frames of waves and surf and raindrops on glass but none of them were even remotely good enough in the technical department. Instead I offer you this little gizmo and I wonder if anyone can guess what it is. All I will say is that it was turned out of wood and is a useful thing for the ladies in particular. No prizes but see if you can get it right.
