I wish I never saw the sunshine

Driving home and on came a track by Beth Orton, the chorus includes:

I wish I never saw the sunshine,
An' if I never saw the sunshine baby,
Then maybe I wouldn't mind the rain.

Quite apt for today after all this rain.
Equally if I hadn't taken yesterday's blip of a clematis I would be pleased with this one. It has beautiful but tiny flowers. We think it is the first time it has flowered since we have lived here (5 years), but we might just have not sen them.
