Only Straight Line at Rancho Gordo

Well, these are the nearly finished front windows at Rancho.

Back in January this was a big old picture window that had leaked and rotted the front wall totally. But my brother in law came down and got stuck into fixing the problem with me, and replacing the windows.

Technically, these windows are the straightest thing in the house, and trimming them was a joy today. They are now just about finished and just require a bit of caulk (bit=lot), all the nail holes hidden, and the window ledge to have a bit of paint. Other than that they are done.

And they look fabulous. Couldn't have done it without the help of my brother in law.

Now, how do I tell him to make plans for a raised floor in the next house....considering the growing importance of the next project, it's probably best I get help in.
