Sunbathing...

.. Much as (surprisingly) we also did this afternoon, on top of Blewburton Hill.
A little group of us were walking off a good lunch. The air was as still as could be and for the half an hour we sat (a bit like a female version of 'Last of the Summer Wine') the sun was beating down.

I managed to swallow a fly. Good. That's my fly ration for the year done and dusted...Don't they say everyone eats one fly a year? (Or is it spiders, when you're asleep..???)... Anyway, I hadn't taken the camera because I had thought it was sure to rain. (I'm reliably and consistently wrong regarding the weather. Forecasters should call me and ask whether I'm taking a coat/umbrella/hat and advise the nation to do the opposite).
So, you have a tasty fly (!) sunbathing, back at Chez Mundi. A hasty blip.
And a hasty post.. I have one eye on a fascinating tv prog about an ancient volcanic eruption. :-)
