RIP Sid

Sid the hamster died this morning, just ten days after his sister Doris. When I fed him last night I knew that he wouldn't be long as his breathing was so shallow and he didn't wake to eat his food like he usually did. I loved Sid the escapologist! He tried to escape from the box we brought him home from the shop in by nibbling a little hole in the cardboard! He then escaped from his cage shortly after we had him and I stepped on him! He really was a character; I'll miss you Sid, sleep well. xxxx


On a lighter note I booked our summer holiday today - Deauville here we come. I love France and have missed it as we haven't been able to afford to go for a few years now.
