April Challenge...vegetable

This is a backblip after taking off to Shropshire for a couple of days and camping overnight at one of the farms. I actually got to hold a newborn lamb after striking up conversation with a farmer who was in his 70's and very unwittingly hilarious. After a lovely wander the day was rounded off by a hearty meal in a local pub..Lamb shank with these veg. ! I know. I did feel just a little bit guilty :-/
