Burgher burger

Another legendary night of burger action in Edinburgh, this time from Tony Borthwick's and his veal, truffle and foie gras version. (so good it didn't need the bun or maybe, better without it?)
Ironically I still think my favourite was Neil Forbes at bb1, the classic bacon cheese burger. The lamb burger at bb2 was immense too, and my wife's favourite.
All three nights have been massively different and highly enjoyable. Check it out if you haven't already.
