Children's day.

In Turkey, Cocuk Bayram ( children's day ) is a big deal. The schools all parade to the local stadium and put on a massive show of dancing and marching bands. The atmosphere is very celebratory. I popped by at the end to pick up my boys and grabbed this photo through the railings. I had the day off as my school was shut. It was a glorious day. First I had an hour at my gym, then I drank coffee with a group of friends. Next it was lunch with the family at a lovely restaurant. The day was finished off fantastically with our second choir rehearsal. It was a great success again and we will be performing 2 songs tomorrow on stage in town!!!!
