New Growth

This was a typical April day - heavy showers followed by bursts of sunshine. While on an evening walk in Thurston, Suffolk the light of the setting sun highlighted the luminous new growth in the fields. It's been pretty dry here but you can feel the energy of the new wheat stalks as they drink up the fresh rainwater to fuel their growth towards to the sun.
