Jar of Hearts

It was so nice to pick the girls up from camp today, full of mud, tired and one of them missing a whole bag - containing clothes, school boots and PE trainers :/

But they had a ball - despite the abysmal weather. They get their camp badges on Tuesday! Boom!

So once they were home and fed.. we chilled, got warm and did a bit of crafting. I made a pan of salt dough..and the girls made lots of decorations.

Me? I made a Jar of Hearts. Which, as I've been listening to the song today...suited my mood. Got one of the jars I dug up last week - so it's probably 80+ years old and filled it with gold painted salt dough hearts. A new use for it...but an age old emotion.
