Roast Beef.

As the camera and tripod were still in place from attempts earlier in the day to get a decent bluebell picture, I couldn't resist having a quick blip of my dinner as I put it onto the table this evening.

You can just about see the steam rising from the plate.

The meal was slightly marred by a lack of horseradish but the meat that I purchased from the newly opened farmshop and the spinach lifted from my Dads garden were both perfect.

And now for some icce cream.
