Soother?

Some people call them soothers, I grew up knowing them as dummies. Soother does sound a little nicer, does it not?

Either way, I'm not sure that this one will be soothing anymore. In fact it looks rather rusty on that railing and I'm not sure that any self respecting parent will retrieve this one and hand it back to their little darling.

Kind of thoughtful though for someone to place it there after no doubt finding it on the ground, like an odd glove, or pants.

What will I find out on the street next?
