Easter Feaster

This year on Easter Sunday we gathered up all of the other friends who didn't get to go home to celebrate with their families and we had a big brunch. An orphan Easter, if you will.

Complete with Easter-shaped cookies (the remains of which are pictured above) and an egg hunt, it felt almost like the real thing.

I say "almost" because last year I spent Easter in Paris at Sunday Mass in Notre Dame...and every year after that will continue to be slightly less iconic.
