Alpenglow Snow

Chris and I left Seattle this afternoon after filling up on bread bowl clam chowder at a restaurant on the water.

After a whirlwind weekend of activity and sights, I was quickly fading into a head cold and the weather was quickly fading into snow. We saw this amazing alpenglow as we left rainy Washington and headed back to snowy Montana.

Chris and I resumed our never-ending battle of trying to out-talk each other...and at the end of eight hours, there was still plenty to say.
