Beauty everywhere

Rather surprised today to find I could not upload a blip because I had one listed for today. Last night's photo had registered with today's date because I had not changed the camera timings for BST. Easily sorted.

I went on the U3A 10 mile walk today. It was nearer 12 but that was no problem because it was north of the Wall - just about my favourite place to walk locally. True, it was quite boggy in places but that helps some plants. These mosses look fabulous at the moment because they are so damp. We were lucky with the weather. While other people not far away endured heavy rain and hail, we were always just on the edge of the bad weather.

Lambing is in full swing and one sheep dropped a lamb while I was photographing in the opposite direction. It looked very shaken to arrive on a rough Northumberland moor.

Tonight it's going to be a comfortable evening watching the new detective drama from Scandinavia. Already had bath and in pyjamas!! Quite nice to stop after a long walk.

Oh yes, Little Big Fat Hedgehog is going to be released tonight. Fingers crossed she keeps close to home.
