"It's a boy!"
What a lovely day.
Started with a recce for the Gilsland Historical Walk. R knew loads of facts about the area and will be invaluable on the day. 7 miles in about 4 hours. En route we met a woman with her daughter and grandchildren near to Willowford Farm. When we told her about the Haltwhistle Walking Festival she said she would love to come. Also her husband is a War Baby and his mother is now 105 and would love to come to the tea!
This afternoon I went to Newcastle on a photo shoot with the club. It was very hazy and very cold with a sea fret approaching as we watched. (It was very cold indeed.) Of all the images I took, I had to blip this one which is a point and shoot on automatic. My friend, L, is hearing the news that her daughter has given birth - second time around - this time a boy. All well with mother and baby. Isn't that lovely?
