Unlucky for some

But Friday 13th was lucky for us! We woke to find lots of people still celebrating the Nepali New Year - it is 2069 out there! A monster breakfast was followed by mooching around the town, looking at outdoor kit and enjoying the sun. This is what they call the Butchers in Nepal...health and hygiene?? Nah!!

Paul and I ate naughty choc cakes and drank a beer by the lake, followed by lunch with Bex and Phil and then all meeting up to catch the Pokhara flight to Kathmandu. We were barely home and showered when it was time to go to a local hotel for a BBQ where we ate like kings and then slept like babies!

One day left of my holiday...tomorrow is our last chance to find some quality time alone together!
