Galle

A colonial Dutch fort town named Galle. It was so hot and humid, we ran around town to see the hotspots and got back to our AC ASAP. We did take the time to drink something on a balcony with an almost mediterranean view. If you ever feel homesick visiting Sri Lanka, spend a few hours or days in Galle. In Asia (and probably even in Europe itself) you won't get it more Old European than this.
