Brother

Anuradhapura, one of the ancient cities of Sri Lanka, is like an Asian version of the Forum Romanum. It's undeniably full of tourists, but still considered a holy place by the Sri Lankan Buddhists. So shoes off, even when the ground underneath your feet is very hot.

The guy on the left is J., the guy talking to him wanted to practice his very elementary English on him. His mother prompted him simple sentences like 'How are you' and 'What's your name'. And of course he wanted to be in the picture with J., his 'brother'.
