I may turn veggie yet...

Today we had our second veggie meal in a row.... It is not that we normally eat loads of meat....we often have salads and pasta dishes which are meat free, but I rarely cook from veggie cook books...

Today we had courgette, cheese and rice filo pie and it was absolutely yummy! A nice way to round off an incredibly hectic day ... Sitting down to a homemade meal, glass of wine, music and of course my lovely husband. Unfortunately he will be working the next couple of evenings, but with speaking exams tomorrow and parents' eve on Thursday I won't have much time to miss him!
