limited view

I've taken this shot before (because I walk by this fence enclosing 2 dogs nearly every day), but today I felt we had real eye contact.
By the way, Washington DC is celebrating Emancipation Day today (the day that city freed their slaves in 1862) and so that is why our taxes are not due until tomorrow.
I'm guessing this dog would like a little emancipation too - what do you think?
