Sunrise at Annapurna Base Camp

We woke at 4.30am to walk up to Annapurna Base Camp for sunrise. It was freezing cold and we were about ten minutes from ABC as the sun hit the tops of the Annapurna sanctuary. I took a few shots but my hands got so cold so very quickly that I had to get my gloves back on fast! Once we reached the camp I took lots of shots of the team - unfortunately David didn't make it up there, high altitude sickness had caught hold of him so he was too poorly. We ate breakfast and then headed back to Machhupucchare Base Camp, picked up David and then started the long walk to Dovan.
