This building collapsed in March 2006. A South African company came in and said it would cost $30m to demolish as its in the business ditrict surrounded by other buildings.

Surprise its still standing.

Masonary has been falling consistanly for the last two years but no one is bothered. This just shows you how cheap life is in Nigeria as no one cares if it collapses and kills anyone.
