I Can Hear Music

My first 45rpm ( that's 7" single, pop pickers) was See My Baby Jive by Wizzard led by the seemingly ageless Roy Wood.

And there began my lifelong love of music.

My tastes are extremely varied, if you could see my record collection, you'd agree.

If you could see the house for my record collection, then you'd know just how much I love music!

The first gig (concert) I went to was Whitesnake supported by Billy Squier at The Playhouse in Edinburgh in '81

I thought it was so loud that I wouldn't be able to stay!

But I did!

And 31yrs on, I'm still going, though not to see Whitesnake.

'If it's too loud, then you're too old', well for the really LOUD shows I wear specialised earplugs which limit the damaging frequencies but don't spoil your aural pleasures.

If this is to be a lifelong love, then I need to protect my hearing receptacles!
