The Kalimba

Being generally of a musical disposition, friends and family have often bought me various little instruments from their travels and always seem tickled that I get some sort of tune out of them (although I find that the anglo-accordian defies human nature). This is a lovely little instrument from Africa - a Kalimba or Thumb Piano. It produces the most soothing sound imaginable.

I haven't been out and about much - still feeling a bit fragile from the Berlin seafood affair. Still, back to work tomorrow - huzzah!
