Crafty

A day of sorting the house today, but as the girls are on school holidays, we also had a friend over for a play, and did some crafty stuff.

This was one of the Youngest's birthday gifts from in February. Glitter bead "tattoos". Man alive it was fiddly. Apparently they itch. Ace.

In other news, the girls had a sleep over at the Grandparents as the Husband and I "had plans". First to a housewarming for an old friend, who is now my boss. It was very surreal as there were people there who I hadn't seen since I did my training, and another who I went to intermediate school with. Plus work mates, which was great for the Husband to get to meet a few more of them.

We didn't stay for too long there, as we had tickets to go and see Six60. Awesome band! They are on their last leg of their national tour, and are planning on going out into the world. If they come your direction...SEE THEM!!!
