Fitness lacking

I swithered about whether to go on this ride - about ten years since I've cycled this far. Was it worth it? yes, certainly, once I'd broken the 'phoning the missus' barrier.

Down the 'Lang whang' to north of Carnwath, over to Dunsyre, then East Linton and home through Penicuik.
