Lucky Shot.......

Ok....so I've been convinced that I should stay off work until the end of my sick line......BUT.... I still feel like a complete fraud because really I'm feeling fine...

Today I really pushed myself to see how much I can do, and really I seem to be back to normal... I did get a lecture from my Mum about still healing on the inside just to keep me in my place though..lol

Did all my housework in the morning and in the afternoon I did all my fun things...
I took Sammy a big long walk, avoiding any routes that we might bump into people, dogs or cats so as to avoid me getting hauled off my feet, but he was really quite good today, so Hubby walking him for the past couple of weeks must have done him some good.

Afterwards I took a drive to Aberlady... the upside of not working is not having to dog walk and blip at the same time because I have more time.
I'd just stepped out of the car when this swan flew past,.... a lucky shot I didn't have the right lens on and I didn't have time to adjust any setting so I just clicked!!
Didn't know if I'd caught it or not... but I'm really happy with this photo.

Finished the afternoon off with some tunes on the box. So all in all it's been a pretty good day :-)

Guess I'll just have to busy myself next week with more days like today!....
