watching the ships come in.....
One of my cousins who I haven't seen for a few years came to visit today.... it's an awfy job when you have to have body parts removed before your family makes the effort to see you... but that's family life, weddings, funerals, and illness any other times you just plod along taking it for granted that they'll always be there.
Still, it was nice to see her and have some human company instead of the pets!
I made a mad dash along to Cockenzie Harbour after she left, desperate to get a nice blip whilst the sun was out..
I spotted this boat coming in further along the coast at Port Seton and was amazed at the amount of rocks it looks like they have to negotiate..
Feeling even better today, I'm considering going back to work a week early as I'm feeling a little guilty now that I'm up and about, but Hubby is trying to persuade me to just have next week off too seeing as I have a doctors line anyway.
I haven't decided yet though.
The best thing about today was that I finally picked my box up and knocked a few tunes out... bliss.... oh how I've missed it......
