In the park
The weather was dull and dreary and grey-skied as I left Carl's place, but still I stopped off around Dún Laoghaire in hopes of finding something blippable. First stop was the People's Park, which only a couple of weeks ago was a riot of colour and activity during the Festival of World Cultures but this morning was pretty much deserted. I've always had a soft spot for this floral display just inside the gate. The use of the rowing boat works really well, and there always seems to be something on show in the surrounding flower bed. This was the first shot of the session, and nothing during the next forty minutes or so really threatened its claim to be blip of the day.
The rest of the day was uneventful. No word from the guy who's to come to fix my satellite dish, so spare time was devoted exclusively to reading and listening to music (with just a very little bit of work thrown in along the way).
I've back-blipped Saturday and Sunday.
