Heeby Jeebies!!

Well, this is not what I was planning to post today, but it has taken over my thoughts of anything else!!!

Got a phone call from the hospital to say that my operation that was supposed to go ahead on the 20th October would no longer do so. I breathed a sigh of relief and thought, yes i've got more time. Oh but no, they wanted to operate on Monday!! I said no as Mum is on holiday and it was too short notice, she wasn't too chuffed!!
The next day she offered was 3rd October...so this is now the day I will get my slipped disc fixed! Eeek, it's so soon!!
Am off to have a BIG coffee to calm my nerves and may indulge in a piece of chocolate cake too!!
