Ran again this morning, this time for 1 hour 10 minutes. It seems to feel a little bit better every time, and I love starting each day by testing myself in this small way.

This afternoon Mum and I headed into Reading for a bit of a shopping trip; I took this when in Pret a Manger, where we'd stopped for some a well-earnt cup of coffee.

Mum, Dad, Alan and I had bangers and mash for tea while we watched The Voice. It's those simple pleasures again...
