Model Time
There is a big change from going from working in Europes busiest airport to going self-employed. Worlds apart. Im finding that the hardest - where I wouldn't stop for 12-14 hours a day (at work then work at home), to now where things are, yes; more relaxed, but a lot more stressful in the planning and trying to get your awareness out there. Huge task to be doing now - it was meant to be a gradual process whilst working at the studio, but not to worry. My whole business plan is being forced into action, just trying to get it all done.
Got a call from college today - been given an outreach programme to look after which sounds really interesting. Teaching photography for underprivileged adults, so will be great to see what avenues this opens up and where it will go.
There was an open evening at a local studio in Wokingham. You can hire out the venue and all the lights and props are available for use. There was a very pretty model who did some fab head shots for me with a huge range of expressions. Only problem is - my camera wasn't picking up the signal from the transmitter to the lights so only got 2 shots! Bl**dy thing. I didn't even notice at the time - I was just so engrossed in the moment! Lesson learned kids!
Was wired tonight - good thing really as got a tonne of bits and pieces done! I think I am turning into a night owl - not so much of a good thing!
I have back blipped for the past week - please have a read through!
