Picnic at Destination X

Dave packed up a picnic and dragged me away from my assignment for a walk along North Brighton Beach. He is a honey, it was a much better way to spend the afternoon.

It was the day for people with dogs. I should have chosen just one photo but they all are great reminders of the day so I am sharing them all! Better LARGE for this reason.

Dave said we'd stop at "Destination X" and he placed an X in the sand on a sun drenched dune and we ate and talked and laughed and lay back, enjoying watching the afternoon unfold.

Dinner out with mum tonight. Better go get ready! Looking forward to the evening.
