Ouch!

This morning I woke up with awful back pain, no idea why but it certainly hurts! As a result I have spent the day in bed with my two good friends - painkillers and heat pad! In between sleeping I did some writing for my breast cancer blog in my pretty new notebook and with a sparkly new pen!

I feel a lot better for all the rest etc so tomorrow will hopefully be a much better day.
